Acceptable Use Policy

Permit usage

• Each parking permit is valid for one vehicle only, identified by the vehicle registration mark (VRM) you provide.
• Permits are personal to the account holder and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another person.
• You must ensure your VRM is entered accurately. Incorrect registrations may result in enforcement action.

Vehicle registrations

• You must only register vehicles you are authorised to use.
• If your vehicle registration changes, you must update it in your account promptly.
• Registering someone else's vehicle without their knowledge or consent is prohibited.

Retailer discount codes

• Discount codes must only be used by the intended recipients (e.g., employees of the issuing business).
• You must not share discount codes publicly, sell them, or distribute them to unauthorised individuals.
• Using a discount code you are not entitled to is considered fraudulent use.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with ANPR enforcement systems.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the system or evade restrictions.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems.

Consequences of misuse

If you breach this Acceptable Use Policy, we may:

• Cancel your permit(s) without refund.
• Suspend or terminate your account without notice.
• Take legal action where appropriate.

We reserve the right to take these actions at our sole discretion.
